Now we are looking for a proactive, highly motivated and talented Headhunter with great expertise for staffing our new international projects.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment
  • Experience in the international market
  • Understanding of software development specialties and methodologies
  • Advanced user of recruiting technologies, such as Google X-Ray search, Linkedin search, and other related systems and tactics
  • Previous experience of working with an applicant tracking system
  • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English (written and verbal)
  • Responsible, result-driven, attentive to details
  • Willing to work in a team and truly be a part of the whole


As a big plus:

  • Crypto/blockchain experience
  • Experience with high-risk projects

Responsibilities:

  • Full life cycle recruitment of technical and digital marketing positions
  • Actively source candidates using a variety of channels, develop diverse candidate pools (including passive candidates), and generate pipelines for each position
  • Manage and develop relationships with hiring managers (internal/external) and candidates
  • Write complete and detailed job descriptions ensuring and understanding of job responsibilities and business requirements
  • Ensure that the applicant tracking system (Zoho Recruit) is consistently and effectively used to provide accurate recruitment metrics and compliance
  • Reporting
