– At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment
– Experience in the international market
– Understanding of software development specialties and methodologies
– Advanced user of recruiting technologies, such as Google X-Ray search, – Linkedin search, and other related systems and tactics
– Previous experience of working with an applicant tracking system
– At least Upper-Intermediate level of English (written and verbal)
– Responsible, result-driven, attentive to details
– Willing to work in a team and truly be a part of the whole

As a big plus:
– Crypto/blockchain experience
– Experience with high-risk projects

– Full life cycle recruitment of technical and digital marketing positions
– Actively source candidates using a variety of channels, develop diverse candidate pools (including passive candidates), and generate pipelines for each position
– Manage and develop relationships with hiring managers (internal/external) and candidates
– Write complete and detailed job descriptions ensuring and understanding of job responsibilities and business requirements
– Ensure that the applicant tracking system (Zoho Recruit) is consistently and effectively used to provide accurate recruitment metrics and compliance
