Required skills:
- Familiarity with business stack: Slack, Jira, Zoom
- Experience or at least understanding of databases such as Posgresql
- Data-accuracy mindset
- Good English skills
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve
- A strong team mentality; and an ability to work independently
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing daily data provided by the BI team to identify patterns, trends, and insights related to player behavior, performance, and profitability
- Collaborating with the head of affiliate department to develop and implement strategies for optimizing player acquisition, retention, and conversion
- Providing regular reports to business stakeholders on key performance indicators, such as player acquisition costs, player value, and ROI
- Conducting ad hoc analyses to answer specific business questions or explore new opportunities for growth
- Communicating insights and recommendations clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience for players
