Now we are looking for a proactive, highly motivated and talented Office Manager who will open our new great office in Cyprus.


  • Proven office management, administrative (assistant) experience at least 3 year
  • Proficiency in English, Russian
  • Strong communication skills, written/verbal
  • Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, multitasking abilities
  • Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance



  • Handling all admin tasks, keeping paperwork organised, collaborating with accounts for requesting documents etc.
  • Ordering stationery and furniture
  • Managing office budgets/Tracking budget expenses
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Welcoming guests
  • Managing cleaning staff\Supply management
  • Assist in organising company events such as Team Building, Parties, partners dinners etc.
  • Other duties as assigned
