Required skills (knowledge):
– Upper-intermediate English (verbal and written)

Responsibilities:
– Provide independent management of multibrand tasks and promo events, distributing to other brands and projects
– Create and maintain a project plan that reflects the key milestones, dependencies and ownership that are required to complete the project successfully.
– Manage timelines and/or scope of work, and escalate changes internally(objectives, team, tasks, deliverables, timelines, hours, costs).
– Provide transparent and clear reporting to leadership and other relevant parties on status and results.
– Determine and set the necessary priorities, sequence of activities and the efficient level of resources needed to achieve the delivery of the project.
– Manage backlog, create and drive sprint cycles
– Work with the engineering team to provide estimates for projects and prepare appropriate supporting justifications/ assumptions, explaining relationship to budget, scope, timelines/ milestones, and success criteria.
– Prepare the WBS for estimations
– Evaluate data and forecast trends that might impact estimates and generate risk.
– Coordinate tasks with content, CRM and design departments
– Work with support tasks, passing bughunting report
– Discuss features with Techlead, devops and backend, Head of development
