Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX specialist
- Portfolio of various launched projects(and concepts)
- Ability to design an adaptive interface
- Experience with building a Design System and Component-based designs
- Experience in conducting usability testing
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative research
- Deep understanding of user-oriented design methodologies
- Understanding how design influences key metrics
- Ability to explain and describe your design solutions
- Fluent in Figma
- English Upper-intermediate level or hight
Will be a plus:
- Gambling experience
- Experience with big B2B products
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain design system based on business needs(back office and client UI
- Design and maintain solutions
- Advocate for Design System standards and accessibility with designers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Design and maintain solutions/UI patterns for design system and component library
- Promote a consistent brand experience, making the products a visual fit with all other channels
- Being a part of the product team in problem investigation/resolution implementation
- Be a part of product roadmap contributors from vision creation to idea implementation
- Leading and creating a design team processes and framework
