Skills & Qualifications Required:

 

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Mastery in MS Office Suite, G Suite and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with the Gmail platform and adeptness in using office equipment.
  • Financial literacy, ability to work with budgets, invoices, etc.
  • Driver’s license and own car.

 

Personal Competencies:

  • An independent, organized work style focused on detail and deadlines.
  • Strong multitasking capabilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication with international teams and conflict resolution.
  • Creativity, especially under pressure.
  • Proactive in suggesting process improvements.

 

Languages:

  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency is essential (both written and verbal).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly support the CEO, acting as the bridge between the executive and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee office finances, policy creation, and service quality.
  • Participate in global wellbeing programs (congratulations, gifts, ideas to improve the life of the company’s specialists)
  • Analyze workplace trends and needs.
  • Ensure the office runs seamlessly, coordinating with multiple departments.
  • Negotiate contracts, plan corporate events, and manage assets.
  • Undertake other responsibilities as directed.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes as requested by the HR team.
