Our partner (iGaming start-up) is looking for the first VIP MANAGER who can write all processes from scratch and become a key expert in the company for developing the VIP Department directly with the CEO of the company.
Duties:
- Assisting clients with incoming inquiries
- Selling the company’s services to clients (outbound contacts)
- Retention, reactivation, and upselling of clients
- Development of individual bonus programs
- Creation of bonus offers
- Analyzing the effectiveness of the measures taken to accomplish specific tasks
Must have:
- 2+ years of experience in the gambling\betting area as a VIP Manager
- Experience in customer service (calls/chats)
- Knowledge of English (fluent)
- Literacy
- Excel, Google spreadsheets (confident user)
Optional:
- German language skills
- Proactivity and communication skills
- Experience in the development of loyalty programs
- Experience in gambling as a sales manager/personal manager
